How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered instantly after your payment is confirmed by our team — usually within a few minutes. During busy hours it may take longer, but never more than a few hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, direct bank transfer, and your in-app Wallet balance. Choose your preferred method at checkout.
How do I check my order status?
Go to My Orders from the menu to see the live status of every order, along with your activation code once it's ready.
I entered the wrong Game UID — what now?
Contact us immediately using the details below before your order is processed. Once a topup is delivered to a UID, it cannot be reversed or transferred.
